I visited The Luxe 18 at Golf Course sector 43 Plot no 887, and miss Sangeeta(manager) referred me there. Thank you maam for the good service and hospitality. It’s a great place in Gurugram to enjoy a good environment with your partner, friends, or family. The services and hospitality were good. Highly recommend.

The lobby was nice, and everything felt cool. There are inhouse kitchens here, and the food was very delicious. Thanks luxe 18 for the hospitality and good service. Highly recommended.

The room’s sound insulation was terrible. I could hear everything from the lobby, other rooms, and the road. Even on the second floor, a passing bike’s blinkers were clearly audible. Bring your own heater and ear muffs if you want to sleep peacefully. The rooms were average in size and quality, and the reception desk was unresponsive and didn’t seem to care about my requests. Don’t be fooled by the “super deluxe with private balcony” room type. The so-called balcony was just a 2x2 space for the AC outdoor unit, not somewhere to sit. It was a corporate booking, but these rooms aren’t worth even 1500 per night. Pathetic experience.
