The water bottles were so dirty I couldn't drink from them. There was no breakfast spread, and the food was pathetic. Hygiene was completely lacking.

I stayed for a week and only got breakfast on 3-4 days. The worst part was one morning when the breakfast staff said it wouldn't be available because I'd already eaten that morning. It was rude and completely unprofessional. If extra breakfast meant an additional charge, they could have explained that politely instead of refusing service outright. After paying such a hefty amount, is this behavior justified? I would never recommend the hotel, especially to anyone coming for business work. I'd tell them not to choose it.

Service took a little while, about 10 minutes on average to reach the door. The rooms are somewhat small, and the room with a Jacuzzi only fits one person. I asked for a larger room, and they provided one.

The ambience was good and it's a good hotel to stay in. My only concern was that the phone in my room probably wasn't working properly.

The service was good and prompt, and it's a good hotel. The location is somewhat clustered, though, and surface parking is limited.
