Shubham gupta at the receiving point was very good and polite. We also found the room spacious, beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and with stunning views and premium amenities. The staff were attentive without being intrusive and did everything they could to make us comfortable. From the warm welcome and smooth service to the wide range of high quality dining options, everything felt exceptional. The spa, pool, and atmosphere all had a luxurious feel. This 3-star hotel set a high bar, and we look forward to returning.

The pillows were a little too firm for us, but everything else exceeded our expectations. [vs residency] is in a great spot close to everything, and the atmosphere was lovely. Our room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with nice decor and crisp linens. The breakfast buffet offered lots of tasty choices, and free Wi-Fi was a welcome bonus. The receptionists were warm and helpful, with quick service and friendly smiles. Shubham receptionist was especially friendly. We'd happily recommend the place and will definitely come back.

Mr Shubham Gupta was very kind and let me into my room before check-in. I stayed on 20/01/26 and was very comfortable and happy with the stay. The room was really good for this price range, the WiFi was very good, and the washroom had been newly renovated. Fully recommend 🥇
