Imperial park by stay breezy Hotel

The location is the only good thing about this property. I booked a week ahead and even then couldn’t get a decent room. The staff said none were available, so after hesitating I had to take the less bad of two shabby, dirty rooms they showed me. It’s hard to see how this place has three stars. In reality, it should be one or two. The bed, mattress, and sheets were badly worn, brownish with dirt and marked by stains. They looked as if they hadn’t been washed in a year. The bed was falling apart, and there was dust on the plates and table, like nobody had ever cleaned them. I booked with breakfast, but the only choices were tea, bread and butter, or a sandwich. My room was near the kitchen or a staff hangout area. There was no solid partition, and staff made noise and hurled abuses all night, loud enough to hear clearly. I couldn’t sleep at all. It seemed like a 2BHK where they’d closed a door to make one room and used the other as a staff hangout. The good reviews are fake.

I asked for towels and waited more than two hours, but nobody brought them. Even when I checked out after two and a half hours, there still weren’t any. Towels are a basic amenity, so this level of service is unacceptable. Management was poor, the staff were careless, and there was no customer care. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The price felt worth it, and the staff were so helpful and responsive. They didn’t disturb us, either. We had a great stay and I’d recommend it 110% for parties and chilling.

The pillows were dirty, and the room smelled. There was no towel either. The person at reception said one would come tomorrow. Some machine kept running the whole time, making enough noise that I couldn’t sleep.
