Imperial Stayz

Pathetic hotel. Think twice before coming here! The property denied us check-in because there was no pay-now option when we booked through the app. To top it off, the staff spoke rudely and offered no help at all. I wouldn’t recommend booking this hotel if you want a peaceful day.

The place felt unwelcoming, and they charged me more than double the price. I’d have felt more at home at the Lime Tree Luxury Studio service apartment. This was easily the worst hotel stay I’ve had: the room smelled moldy, the sheets were stained, and the air conditioner roared like a tractor. Even asking for extra towels seemed to annoy the staff. Breakfast was cold, stale, and barely edible. I’d rather sleep at a bus station. Avoid it.

We booked the basement banquet and two rooms for a Satsang, but check-in only happened around 11:30 AM or later, despite several follow-ups. The washrooms also had geyser problems. Moving the sofa revealed cigarette butts and dust, so the place clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The owner then charged us extra because I couldn’t vacate on time. There were no bookings, but apparently they felt they could still charge more and leave us with no room to question it. Terrible hospitality and management.

The staff were quick to respond, but the manager and his group were like a bunch of jokers. They made us check out before time and didn’t even give us a peaceful moment to have our morning tea. Guests weren’t allowed to visit in the evening unless they booked a room just to visit. I’ve got plenty of complaints about this place and the so-called manager and other employees.
