Inde Hotel Signature Tower

During my five-day stay, there was never any hot water. The Wi-Fi kept dropping, and there was no coverage at all in the restaurant. Room service and hygiene seemed like a myth, and the rooms smelled musty, smoky, and spooky. The restaurant food cost like it was from a five-star hotel, but tasted like food from a street corner shop. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in.

I paid the full booking amount in advance for my stay on 24th August. After checkout, the staff kept calling and messaging me on phone and WhatsApp about a pending bill of only ₹397/–. I was attending my grandfather’s funeral, had explained the situation clearly, and assured them I’d pay afterward, but the calls and messages didn’t stop. The reception staff were extremely rude. They showed no basic humanity or understanding, making this the most insensitive hotel experience I’ve had. Completely unacceptable.

I’m happy with the service. The housekeeping team did a nice job, and all the staff spoke very politely.

We stayed for a day at this budget hotel. The rooms are small and compact, and housekeeping needs work because we saw cockroaches in the room. Service wasn’t good, though the breakfast food was nice. Restaurant orders were very costly, and they added 18% GST on top of the food prices shown on the menu. I don’t think that’s justified. The hotel shouldn’t overcharge guests like this, or they may think twice before staying again.
