The room and bathroom were dirty, and the drainage was clogged. The shower wasn't working, so I had to use a dirty bucket and mug. The mattress was too hard, and the chairs were so stained you couldn't sit on them. I stayed last night, and it was the worst experience.

I wouldn't recommend this place at all. They told me on WhatsApp that rooms were available, but when I arrived, they refused me after seeing my passport and gave no concrete reason. It felt like a racist attitude toward a foreign guest. My taxi left, so I had to look for another hotel on my own at night. Very unprofessional. My free advice: please teach your staff some manners.

We booked two days for a wedding, and they fulfilled all the decoration requests beautifully and on time. The receptionist was polite and helpful, the room service was good, and the food was healthy and tasty. There's lots of space, with a pool and lawn, and the property has a good environment away from the crowds and pollution.

JPS Residency Manesar is a peaceful place, away from traffic and crowds, and the pricing is economical. It's an average spot, mostly used for corporate offsites, with the basic necessities. The rooms need better hygiene and facilities.
