For work trips to Gurugram, Kohsa7 seems like a dependable option at a fair price. My room was comfortable, tidy, and looked after, with the expected basic amenities. The food was good too. Housekeeping was up to scratch, so I’d recommend it for a short or medium stay.

I spent three days trying to book a room for my father and called the hotel five or six times. Each time someone picked up, I explained what I needed, then they said they couldn’t hear me clearly and promised to call back. No one ever did, so I had to keep calling and repeating everything. It was a huge waste of time and really frustrating. I don’t know whether management knows how booking calls are handled, but the staff taking them need to respond and treat customers’ time respectfully.

The service was good and the stay itself was decent, but the rooms are cramped. With a family or a lot of luggage, finding space for everything could be difficult. There’s no view from the window either, just a plain wall.

The rooms are clean and nice. The double bed rooms are really compact, while the twin bed rooms have a bit more space.

I had a nice stay in a suite room. Sector 14 market is close enough to walk to, and they had a heater available for winter. Breakfast was good and served alakarte.
