Capital O 1007 Hotel Villa 24

I’d avoid booking here. The room service was slow and the staff rude, and there are better places at the higher prices they ask for on arrival. They accept low-priced online bookings through Make my trip and Oyo, but once you get there they say no rooms are available and ask you to pay more if you want to stay.

The staff were very polite and willing to help with anything, and the location is very good. Rooms are large, but they weren’t maintained well. A few were stingy, with very dirty doors, and I had water problems during my stay. Satisfactory overall.

The hosts were retired senior citizens, and they were warm, caring, and helpful. The facilities were very good, and staying there felt homely. I’d be happy to stay there again whenever we visit.

The villa is exactly where Google Maps shows it, and at Rs. 1000/- a day it’s a very good rate for expensive DLF Phase 2 Cyber City. The rooms are luxurious and clean, with almost all facilities nearby. There’s no restaurant at the villa, but you can get food from outside by calling reception.
