LA Rooms

Don’t stay at this hotel. The rooms were dirty, the service was poor, and there was no hot water.

The washroom was the worst issue: water dripped from all over the ceiling, and a missing ceiling cover let dirty water fall right above the toilet seat. It looked frightening and unhygienic. The room’s main door wouldn’t close properly unless I pushed it very hard. The balcony had only a sliding glass door, with no net door, and it was extremely difficult to open. The sheets weren’t clean either. When I asked for a change, they said I had already used them, though I’d only been there about an hour. At first, the lobby and reception looked nice, and the room seemed fine at a glance. Then the problems started. I’ve been staying here for two days, and the service provided doesn’t justify the high price. Pathetic.

The place looks good from the outside, but the service is pathetic. There’s been no electricity for the past two hours, and nobody at reception is answering. Neither the generator nor the inverter is working.

The room itself was clean, but housekeeping was terrible. The phone barely worked, and it took many attempts before we could reach room service. They knew there were two of us, but only set out a bathing kit and one towel. We asked for another, and they never brought it, so we shared that towel for our entire two-day stay. I’d planned to stay four or five days, but I’m checking out today and moving hotels. I’ll never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
