The restaurant team, Ms. Mitali Das at reception, and Mr. Vijay in security are why I keep coming back to Lemon Tree Hotel Sector-60 for meals and stays. Ms. Mitali Das was welcoming, warm, and professional when I visited for lunch again yesterday. I spoke with Mr. Vijay around ten days ago, and he came across as dependable and cooperative. The hotel feels very safe, and his work helps build that confidence. I really appreciate the way both of them and the restaurant staff treat guests. A salute to their commitment. East or west, Lemon Tree is the best.

The staff made my recent stay at Lemon Tree Hotel in Sector 60, Gurgaon. Mitali and Vishnu at the front desk and Roshan Mishra from Transport and Security Services stood out, though I can't remember everyone's name. From check-in to departure, the chef, front office, transport, and security teams were courteous, quick to help, and welcoming. Their warmth went beyond what I'd expect from a budget hotel. I also admire the hotel's inclusive approach. It employs a number of specially abled staff members, giving them the chance to live with dignity and reflecting a vision of a more inclusive society. The whole team deserves appreciation.

I was there for a week. The check-in and check-out at the front desk went smoothly, and the staff were polite and humble. The food was good. There's a spacious workout area, though it has only basic equipment.
