Housekeeping was quick and kept everything in order throughout my stay. The food was tasty, hygienic, and had enough variety for different tastes. Getting to nearby attractions and transport was easy because of the location.

The staff were cordial and good, and the food was satisfactory. I liked the tea and coffee, though most of the mugs and bowls were stained and the crockery should be replaced. Our room fan had a visible layer of dust, there was a damp smell, and the paint was peeling. The washroom, curtains, and general furnishings all showed a lot of wear. The blanket covers were stained and didn't look clean. The property needs a lot of maintenance.

We booked two of the property's most expensive suite rooms directly through its website, but the place felt badly managed and half of it was dilapidated. The bathrooms had broken partitions, and the dining area had no high chair for babies. It wasn't clean: the dining floor hadn't even been mopped properly, and the staff looked grumpy, with no smiles. Hospitality felt like zero. The food didn't taste fresh, and then the power went out, leaving me without electricity to prepare bottle feed for my baby. Absolutely pathetic experience. I have no idea why Google rates this resort five stars.
