We booked a room for three people, a family, but the staff were far too rude to handle even basic requests. The only things that seemed to work were the lights, fans, and geyser. We were refused three towels. They gave us one at first, and only after repeated requests did we get a second. We still needed a third, but they wouldn't negotiate, and the receptionist hung up on me. The worst service I've ever encountered.

The rooms and service were good, but the location didn't suit me. It's on a busy road, and there's no special view.

The wood was rotting and infested with termites, the rooms were poor quality, and the TV didn't work. There was no exhaust in the washrooms, the service was bad, and the staff were rude. This place falls short of even the basics of hospitality.

The hotel was very good, with good service, and it's near the market in Haldwani. Keep Momo's near the hotel in mind too, it's yummy.

A really nice room for a really cheap price, and the staff were pretty nice to us too.
