The villa was spacious and comfortable for our family, and the food was amazing with abundant portions. Sajahr, Umesh, and Kamlesh made sure our requests were handled to a high standard. Rohit Joshi, the property manager, was always reachable by phone for our questions. Sonal was polite and nice, took our feedback, and made the exit formalities smooth. One of the best and most comfortable stays with Alaya stays. I'd highly suggest visiting.

The rooms were cozy, and I liked the family-friendly location so much that after staying here I didn't want to go outside. I only wanted to stay right there. The property is really nice, and the staff are very good and polite. Sajan Ansari was especially cooperative and friendly. I had a very good experience here, and everyone should come.

We had a relaxing Bhimtal getaway in this lovely villa, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the hospitality was excellent. Highly recommended.
