A decent budget room, with clean bedding and bathroom, air conditioning, and hot water. There’s good parking, and being set back from the main road makes it quiet. But during a rainstorm we had no power for 12 hours, with no generator or backup. There was no manager around to tell, and the boy working there said the backup system had been out of order for some time.

The hotel is in the Pili kothi area of Haldwani and has ample parking. It’s surrounded by lush green fields, and there’s a Baraat Ghar. The amenities are average. They say they have a kitchen, but they only cook what they have and order the rest from outside.
10/10
A good venue for marriage parties, with lots of covered and open space for large gatherings. The lawns are beautifully maintained.
8/10
The hotel itself was good, but we arrived around 9 in the morning and weren’t allowed to check in until after 12 PM, as required by OYO’s rules. They wouldn’t even hold our luggage. 😐
2/10
After a good dinner, not being able to pay digitally made for a very uncomfortable experience. India is working on digital payments, and this hotel could add that option.
