Vinay Kumar Tamta deserves a mention for how well the staff look after guests. They treated me like an old friend, knew nearby hidden trails, and seemed to care about the stay. The dorms and private rooms were clean, with cozy beds for cold mountain nights, and the common area was a fun place to hang out. At goSTOPS Mukteshwar, you get a mix of mountain calm and backpacker energy. The panoramic Himalaya views from the balcony make a great backdrop for morning coffee. You can work quietly or join the evening bonfire and jam sessions. Around 5 PM, the common balcony is a good spot for the sunset over the valley. The common room games are an easy way to meet other travellers, even if you're introverted. Ask the staff about the nearby hike to Chauli Ki Jali, the views are supposed to be legendary. Clean, scenic, and lively, it's everything I'd want from a hostel in Mukteshwar.
