The balcony had an excellent view, and our room was clean and comfortable. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and helpful, which made the stay so comfortable. Special thanks to Kundan and Pradeep for all their help.

Parking was proper, and the mountain views, including sunrise and sunset, were breathtaking. The food was outstanding, cooked by the owner, who is also from Lucknow. It was a five-star experience, and you should stay here, you'll definitely be satisfied with the service.

For a quiet, private break away from the hustle, this property has lovely mountain views from the roof and a proper valley view. The location is perfect, and the food and service are the best. The staff are so helpful and nice.

The service isn't slick or professional, but everyone was polite, prompt, friendly, and helpful. When my daughter vomited in the room late at night, they arrived within minutes, cleaned up, and changed the sheets quickly. They even offered complimentary breakfast without us asking, although it wasn't part of the room charge. The location outside the city gives you great views from the room. Take time to watch at least one sunset from your balcony. Food is good and mostly reasonably priced, but the choices are limited. The menu could use some Kumaoni dishes. It's a bit far from the city, so excursions can cost an extra Rs. 700 - 1000 if you're not driving. Taking your own car can bring its own problems, since outside cars face city entry restrictions. The last approach to the hotel is also a challenge, even for a capable driver from the plains. Rooms could use more furniture, like a wardrobe or shelf for suitcases, and proper bedside tables with drawers.
