They overcharged us after misleading us about the route to the station, then ignored our calls when we tried to get in touch. The staff acted overly clever. It felt dishonest and fraudulent, as if they thought customers were naive.

The washroom taps were broken, the lights didn't work properly, and the bedsheet was torn. The water jug hadn't even been washed, and the bottled water seemed to come straight from the tap. There was no proper bedding, just a blanket, with no quilts available. They don't even provide an electric kettle, which you'd expect for tea or coffee at a hill station. It's pathetic, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We spent a good time here with family. The staff were very good, and the rooms had plenty of space. My recent stay was good.

It's tucked a little way inside, but the service and rooms were awesome. The staff were polite and supportive, and there's an appropriate market nearby. Overall, a nice stay.

A dishonest experience. The staff gave us the wrong impression about the station route, charged us too much, and then didn't answer our calls.
