The food was even better than expected, both in quality and generous portions, with lovely flavors. The room was very clean and well maintained, so I could relax comfortably. Staff were prompt, courteous, and attentive whenever I dealt with them, from check-in through housekeeping and concierge help. I appreciate the consistently high standard of hospitality and would be glad to stay again and recommend the hotel.

The response when I raised the problems was simply, "poore nainital ke hotels mai aisa hota hai". The room was among the worst I’ve seen, with basic amenities missing, a shower that didn’t work, and termites on the wall. I wouldn’t take a room here again even if it cost under 500. This hotel ruined my whole trip.

For ₹3500 for one night, this was a very disappointing stay, not worth even ₹1500. Outside noise was so bad it felt like sleeping on the street, and the geyser didn’t work. The room hadn’t been cleaned properly, the linen was dirty, and the pillows were in terrible condition and looked blackened. Overall, it was very unsatisfactory.

I was there during peak time and hadn’t booked online, so I didn’t have another option. They charged Rs. 2500 for a room that honestly looked worse than a Rs. 500 lodge. The bedsheets, washroom, and overall cleanliness were below standard. The room was extremely dirty and not maintained at all. Very disappointing.

We stayed there last night while traveling to Nanital, and were delighted by the hospitality. The food was awesome, the charges very reasonable, and the location is close to Mall Road. It was a great overnight stay. I’d recommend it to family and friends traveling near Nanital, without hesitation.
