Seven Corbett Resort

Our daughter loved the indoor games and pool, while our son was busy with the kids’ zone and outdoor activities and hardly noticed how quickly the time went. My wife especially appreciated how clean the resort was and enjoyed the delicious food. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and well maintained, and the meals were fresh and full of flavor. The peaceful atmosphere, greenery and natural surroundings won us over from the start, and the polite, helpful staff looked after us warmly. It became one of our best family trips. We were all very happy with our stay, and I wholeheartedly recommend it for quality family time in Jim Corbett.

We brought home good memories of celebrating our child’s birthday, with a fresh cake from the in-house bakery. The children enjoyed the play area, though the cold meant we missed out on the swimming pool. The food selection and quality made Seven Corbett the right choice for us. The coffee shop staff were professional and always treated guests well, and the whole staff served with a smile. Mr. Manoj Joshi knows how to treat guests and build relationships. The hotel is in a very good location, service impressed me, and it was good value for money. Thank you.

For our first visit to your Jim Corbett property, I’d give it 4 out of 10, or 3 stars. At 5500 a night, it didn’t feel worth the price or properly organized for what you charge. The room chair was in terrible, old condition, which made a bad first impression as soon as we entered. In the dining area, a sofa was broken and a guest nearly fell. There were no room slippers or evening tea and snacks, and the food wasn’t up to the mark. The overall experience wasn’t impressive at all. If you charge this much in future, compare the facilities with top properties. Customer satisfaction should be the main aim.
