Lemon Tree Suites Gurugram

The suite was practical, with a separate sitting space and a kitchenette that included a microwave. The food was high quality, too. What gives Lemon Tree its character is the beautiful interior, especially the hand-painted frescoes of Indian monuments. They make the place feel vintage, distinctly Indian, and culturally comforting. A pleasant stay, and somewhere I’d come back to.

Aman and Zain were especially caring, going out of their way to make us comfortable while we were ill, and the rest of the staff were consistently warm and supportive. The head chef also personally offered to prepare any food or drinks that might help us recover. The team’s thoughtfulness turned a stressful situation into a positive one. Our flight was cancelled, so we arrived unexpectedly at Lemon Tree Suites, Gurugram, for what was meant to be an inconvenient short stopover. Instead, we had a genuinely memorable stay, even though we were unwell for two days. Thanks to everyone there. We’d gladly stay again and recommend it to visitors to Gurugram. P.S. The masala porridge was good, as was the special sweetcorn soup the Chef kindly made for us.

Abhay at the front desk deserves a mention. He was humble, cooperative, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the ambiance and hospitality at this new property were lovely. Great experience at Lemon Tree Suites. I’ll visit again with family.

The hotel is a little far from the airport, but the rooms and service were immaculate. I’d asked for a cab at a particular time in the morning, and it was there without my having to remind anyone. After missing my connecting flight, I stayed for a night, and the staff were cordial, helpful, and sweet from check-in through breakfast and checkout. Everything went smoothly. Kudos to the team!
