Luxury Stay, Sector 38

The room was in terrible shape: it smelled of smoke, the mattress was broken, the shower was broken, and the soap dispenser didn't work. The wall scenery had fallen onto the floor. The bedsheet and pillows were dirty, and there was no dustbin, towel, electric kettle, or water bottle. Breakfast was another disappointment. At check-in I was told it would be a buffet with pasta and other items. In the morning there was no buffet, just bread and butter, apparently cheap local artificial butter rather than Amul or Mother Dairy, and paranthas. A visitor was shouting at the staff because there wasn't enough food, and they were arranging more from outside. Highly not recommended. Don't spoil your trip.

The rooms are spacious and good, and the hotel is big. The location is very accessible, and the toilets were clean, thank God. But housekeeping was worse than bad, and the service was pathetic. The bedsheets and pillow covers hadn't been changed. They were filthy and badly wrinkled. The floor hadn't been wiped, there was no towel at first, and there was no soap or shampoo, just handwash and a refilled lotion. The TV had no remote. At 700 a night, I still wouldn't come back, especially during COVID times. The rooms aren't properly washed, wiped, or cleaned, and the sheets aren't changed. Someone infected could have stayed before you, so you could get the virus. Or maybe pass it to me. I'm sleeping with my T-shirt under my head so I don't touch the sheets directly.

The name says luxury, and the stay really lived up to it. It was comfortable and luxurious, with polite, gentle service from the staff. I was pleased to stay here, thank you for such a good experience.

The staff were kind and helpful, the food was good, and they took proper precautions against COVID-19. My room at Hotel Luxury Stay was cozy, clean, and hygienic. I was very satisfied with the pleasant stay.
