Olive Service Apartments - Medanta Medicity

The AC stopped working on my last day. Before that, I had booked two rooms for the wrong date and asked if they could move the booking to the current date for an extra charge, or cancel it. They said neither was possible and insisted we had to stay on the booked date. After a long discussion, they said they would agree if support emailed us and we acknowledged it. When I contacted support, they refused to honor that. It felt like a waste of both time and money.

We arranged several meetings during our stay without any hassle. The staff were cooperative and well behaved, and the service was great. Recommended.

I spent a month here and felt really comfortable. The ambience was nice, hygiene was good, and the staff were lovely. Sapna Fo was especially helpful with all my questions, and always greeted me with a smile. If you're visiting near Medanta, this hotel is worth a look.

Being in Sector 38 Gurgaon made things convenient, and the room was clean. I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel near Medanta Hospital Gurgaon.
