The hotel owner takes bookings from unsuspecting customers, then demands a hefty extra amount for check-in when they arrive. This happened to me recently, and I reported it to goibibo. They emailed the hotel asking for a refund, but the man there rudely refused, saying, “Go on, do whatever you want.” I still haven't received my refund, and goibibo hasn't followed up with me. Avoid this hotel. There are other hotels nearby where you can book directly. I've heard online booking scams are common in this area, so people should avoid booking online. God bless everyone.

The bedsheets and toilets were filthy, and the hotel had no security or privacy. They also asked for extra charges at checkout. This was the worst hotel I've seen so far. I wouldn't recommend it at all. Choose somewhere else.

I booked this hotel for 25 Dec through the oyo app and paid Rs 688 online, the amount shown in the app and confirmed by oyo custmercare. When I arrived, the receptionist, Umesh, said he wouldn't give me a room at that price and wanted more money. I called oyo custmercare, and after speaking with the hotel they told me I had to pay extra too. I felt cheated and fooled, and they spoke rudely. I've never experienced anything this bad from oyo custmercare and a hotel. I advise everyone not to book through the oyo app or directly with this hotel, as both cheat customers.

They'll hold on to your ID and ask for extra money, and only return it if you pay. That's what "gundas" do. This is the worst place to stay, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
