The room was clean, and the staff were helpful. It took some effort to locate the hotel, so remember the landmark next to Shri Ram dhaba or use Google Maps. The internet was a little slow, but I had a good stay.

The food was awoawes, and Bali deserves special thanks for making our stay comfortable. Our Genpact Team had a great time at Silver Key. I’d choose Silver key again for a personal stay. Thanks, Sandeep Saxena

Finding the hotel took a little effort, but the rooms are good. Breakfast is complimentary, though there was only one option. For this budget it’s a decent hotel, with hot water available all the time and an in-room Gesyar.

I can’t get over how the staff treated guests. Oyo says you can pay anytime, but they wouldn’t hand over the keys until I paid. When I explained Oyo’s payment rule, they argued with me aggressively. Four hours later, while I was asleep, they knocked on the door to see whether I’d checked out. Their attitude really sucks.

The room was in very good condition, and the staff were cooperative. There are food places, a mall, and dhabas nearby, and it’s especially convenient if you’re going to the prometric test center. Hope you enjoy your stay at silver key (stay executive) ☺
