I was in Gurgaon for treatment at medanta medicine, and being right by the hospital's back gate was the main advantage. If you need to be at the hospital, it's a cheap and convenient option that avoids traffic. The rooms are small and not very clean. The bathrooms were tolerable, though not as clean as I'd expected. Staff were friendly, but the restaurant service was poor, so you'll probably need Swiggy or Zomato.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, but the room was disappointing. Our TV screen was broken, and since there's no restaurant on site, Zomato or Swiggy are the only food options.

We'd booked ahead, yet at 1.30pm not one room was ready. What we saw was nothing like the online photos: the washroom looked dirtier than a public one, the paint on the walls was in a mess, and the mattresses were poor quality.

A handy place for families of patients at medanta Madi city hospital. The back entrance is very close, so you can avoid the traffic and noise.

The extension phone didn't work, and staff seemed focused on only the most basic formalities. There was no soap or other toiletries. After the staff shift changed, the night service was poor.
