They wouldn't return our security deposit at checkout and gave no explanation. It felt like an attempt to get extra money. Management was practically absent, concerns went unanswered, requests were met with apathy, and they didn't even give us the Wi-Fi password. The AC was a joke during scorching weather: one inadequate unit couldn't cool the large hall, and the room felt like a furnace. I can't point to a single good thing about the stay. The whole experience was a frustrating mess. Save your money and sanity, and look elsewhere for basic amenities and guest comfort.

I booked it through Airbnb for a small party. The location looked beautiful in the pictures, but the price was high, and they wouldn't adjust it even though the rooms were stained. Staff were unhelpful and didn't provide even basic things. Pathetic. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We were supposed to check in at noon, but they didn't give us a room until 2:30 p.m., after a 2.5-hour wait. The rooms were awful and had cockroaches, and the service was pathetic. They told us we had to leave at 7 p.m., though we checked out at midnight, 12 hours before our checkout time. This was the worst experience. There's no negative rating option, or I'd give one.

When we arrived, they asked why we'd booked online and demanded double the money. We had no choice but to go ahead, and the rooms were awful, smelly like a dead body, with insects and no hygiene. They hadn't cleaned the rooms, and across the three rooms we rented, they gave us just one bottle of water, so we had to get our own. After two hours the electricity went out. We waited another two hours and asked about it, but they wouldn't even explain the problem. After four hours, they were rude and threatened us with an illegal complaint, and held us there while our colleagues faced a lot of problems. We had a very bad day. With no other option, we called the police, and then they let us leave. We also filed a complaint with the SHO at Sec - 56 Police station Gurgaon. We want the police to take strict action over this illegal service. The place is pathetic. Don't even think of going there.
