OYO 24421 Classic Hotel

The restaurant food was okay, though I can't vouch for its hygiene. I saw a mouse or two and there were flies all over. The rooms were average, and the AC noise made them less comfortable. For a longer stay, I'd suggest asking for a first-floor or ground-floor room since those felt much cooler. Service was average too. My main problem was the booking. I arranged everything through Oyo, but the hotel couldn't honor the listed rate. A week later, the owner told me I'd have to pay more. Oyo couldn't help and said I could change hotels, but I wanted to stay, so I paid the hotel's rate. That was my first experience with Oyo, and it was horrible. I stayed more than a month, so I feel I got a fair look at the place. I hope someone at Oyo sees this and addresses these issues.

I left less than 20 minutes after entering. The bathroom was so filthy I felt sick, and there wasn't even soap. The bed was awful, with springs you could feel through it, and it looked like something from a government hostel. The sheets had big stains; when I pointed that out, the room service guy said, "sir, it comes like this from upstairs." It felt like a sarkari dharamashala, with nothing to like. Worst Oyo stay I've had. Bhai, stop taking the fun out of it and improve the service.

The room was dirty, the bathroom mirror was broken, the floor was damaged, mosquitoes were around, and water kept dripping all the time. The room also didn't match what the hotel booking bill led me to expect. How are we supposed to trust OYO bookings like this? Oyo staff behavior was the worst, and my money has gone to waste. Please refund it.

The washroom was filthy, and both the room and curtains were dirty. Staff behavior was poor, and none of the things worked properly. They wouldn't even let our family enter the room. We had a very bad experience and don't want to come back.
