This is the worst PG. Most of the time the washing machine is dirty, faulty, or under maintenance, and maintenance complaints don’t seem to matter to them. Breakfast is just parathas, without chutney or curd. The food is okay, but the utensils are very dirty and not cleaned properly. There’s a mirror in the room, but it’s useless. Please look at better options nearby. They won’t return your security deposit.

The rooms are comfortable and well designed, and the interiors and ambience are great. It’s a newly opened hotel, with cleanliness and hygiene maintained in every room. Staff, management, and room service were all very good. I had a comfortable, satisfying stay.

The service at Luvi Casa was smooth and professional. Staff were attentive without hovering, gave quick recommendations, and made sure we were comfortable. It has a chic look and plenty of space, with indoor seating for a cozy, upscale feel and outdoor seating when you want an open-air atmosphere. It’s in a central spot, convenient from Cyber Hub, MG Road, or Golf Course Road, and parking and access weren’t an issue. That makes it easy for office gatherings or weekend meet-ups. Luvi Casa gets a few things right, especially its warm service. It could be a good choice for an overnight stay in Gurgaon after a tiring weekday at the office.

We had a comfortable, satisfying stay, and the staff, management, and room service were very good. The hotel is newly opened, with a pleasant ambience and well-designed, comfortable rooms that are kept clean and hygienic. My booking was late, and a smaller room was all that was available at first, but management moved me to a different room the next day.
