At 2350 PM, while I was checking in, they told me to leave if I didn't want to pay an extra Rs. 600. The geyser wasn't working, and the staff were rude. It was the worst experience I've had. Goibibo should blacklist this hotel.

This place isn't safe for families, and I wouldn't recommend going with one. They charge 200/-hour for family visitors, which is ridiculous. The staff are mannerless and act like sadak chhap. This place isn't even worth zero stars.

For the money, it's alright for one night if you're visiting Dehradun and mussorie. But there's no WIFI, and without a LANDLINE in the room, you can't order anything or get room service. You'll have to go fetch your own drinking water.

The rooms smell bad, and the walls are dampish. The staff have no manners, and when I raised the problems, they argued instead of returning my money. It didn't feel safe. Very bad hotel.

The room hadn't been cleaned, the shower wasn't good, and the bedsheet was poor. There was no A/C, and the fan made noise all night. The charging point and TV didn't work, and they wouldn't accept my OYO online booking. Very bad service.
