The location near medanta medicity was convenient, but the two days I spent there were awful. The owner and staff were rude and uncooperative, which was especially disappointing because I usually only mention the good parts of hotel stays. We checked in at midnight, and the room was already dirty, as if someone had been staying there right before us. My mother's surgery was unexpectedly delayed and we were too stressed to tell them. Even so, they wanted us to pay for all three days when our checkout the next day was only 3-4 hours late. Don't expect OYO standards: they aren't associated with OYO anymore, and there were no fresh sheets or clean towels. The blanket on top was black with dirt and smelled bad. There was no hot water or room service, and nobody came to clean. The main door lock barely held and seemed like it could give way with a slightly hard shove. The AC had no remote or automatic cut off, so the choice was 23 degrees or off.
