The building is poorly maintained, the rooms don’t look like the photos, and there’s no view. The road is broken, and safety felt like zero. The place looks like an old, broken building, but the owner acted as though he ran a five-star hotel. He had no respect or hospitality, and I can’t get my refund from goibibo now. I had paid online for a goibibo booking, but the owner refused to honor it and demanded cash before giving me a room. He wouldn’t even look at my receipt. When I questioned him, he used abusive language toward me and insults about my mother and father. Don’t book through an online platform here. They take the platform payment and then deny the stay, in my experience. Oyo shouldn’t have people like this at the front desk.

I couldn’t drive because of the fog at night, so I had to stay. The owner denied my booking and demanded three times the room price. OYO gave no satisfactory response either. A terrible experience. I’d never book through OYO again.

The towels in the room had blood stains. When I asked about it, staff said the laundry hadn’t arrived. Service was extremely poor, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The TV didn’t work, and the geyser switch was always on, so I had to unplug it every time. It’s frustrating to see OYO let its brand be tarnished like this. The website pictures can mislead you, so I probably won’t trust them again.

The desk agent, Vishnu, was very rude and wouldn’t let me check in because my booking was prepaid. This is the worst OYO I’ve visited. Don’t use it, it’s ridiculous. Zero rating.

I was completely disappointed. The place was unhygienic and offered no service. I didn’t expect this from OYO, especially after paying in advance. This was the worst experience ever. I’d have been better off sleeping at the Airport.
