The power kept cutting out, and there was no generator. There was no cleaning, the bedsheets were awful, and room service and food were bad. Sometimes there was no water for bathing or the toilet, and the flush didn’t work. There were lots of mosquitoes, and the TV didn’t work, or only had free channels when it did. They also try to add extra charges if you don’t check out.

The room smelled bad, and it wasn't cleaned at all during the two days I stayed. The AC and water heater didn't work, and neither did the bathroom light. The electrical boards were damaged. When I asked for water, they gave me tap water. The hotel wasn't good, and both the staff and manager behaved badly.

Hot water was hard to get, even though geysers were installed. The hotel also rents out space for functions, and the noise disturbed us at night. They had no solution when we raised it. Cleanliness is questionable, and the staff were often rude and ready to argue when we asked for anything.

We went for a friend's birthday and found the hotel well kept, easy to reach, and in a good area. The nearest metro station is GB road, and the staff were polite. Services were good, but the cafeteria was nearly closed when we arrived, which made getting food difficult.

The location is good, and parking is available. Room quality was above average, and the staff were polite and cooperative. You can get a mini fridge, but it's best to call ahead and request one.
