Studioz To Let deducted an unreasonable amount from my ₹15,000 security deposit without properly explaining why. I left on 3rd January 2026 after extending my stay by 3 days. A deposit should cover actual damage, not random charges or normal use, but there was no transparency or empathy, just deduction after deduction. They take the deposit quickly and are unfair about refunds. I wouldn't recommend renting from them if you value your money and peace of mind.

The rooms are pretty good for the price, with basics like hot water and AC. They are a bit dirty, but manageable. My suggestion: ask for a ventilated room whenever you book.

We had to wait over an hour and make several calls and messages just to get simple breakfast like poha and omelette. Then at checkout, the hotel staff said breakfast was chargeable, even though it was included when I booked. They said Fabhotel policy only gives one breakfast plate per room, with extra plates charged. Pathetic service.

The hotel is clean and in a prime location, but they need to be more professional. Service is poor and very slow, there's no wardrobe or clothes hanger, and the lift hasn't worked for two days straight.

This building is a hostel, and they seem to use vacant rooms as hotel rooms. My experience was pathetic: there was no towel, soap, water bottle, or AC remote. Even after I reminded the hotel supervisor, they didn't provide any of them.
