The night staff were good, and the rooms are good too. In the morning, though, I asked if they could make me a fresh chai with breakfast and was told they’d have to check. They came back saying it would cost extra. There were four of us staying in two rooms, and all I wanted was a decent cup of tea. The morning receptionist had an attitude for no reason. Check this before booking.

The rooms smelled bad, and they asked me for more money when I arrived. Food was terrible, and room service was no help unless I called at least five times, even just to get a bottle of water. A complete waste of money. I’d give it a negative rating if I could.

They wouldn’t let us order food from outside and kept pushing us to buy from their restaurant, where the food was poor and far too expensive. Even the plates were so dirty I didn’t want to eat from them. The lobby was full of flies, and the rooms were tiny and filthy, with broken beds and dirty floors. The reception area was filthy too, and the staff there were rude and unhygienic. The whole place was dirty and badly managed. Management needs to address the property and staff grooming. I’d never recommend it to anyone, not even my enemies.

For 1600, the room was not worth it. We were given no water, glass, or towels when we checked in, and the room hadn’t been prepared. They refused to provide a complimentary bottle, so I asked for regular water instead. Nobody brought any for four hours, and no one seemed to care that we had none. When I requested towels, they sent just one for two people. The housekeeper said it was the last one because the laundry was finished, so I gave it back in case another guest needed it. The hotel wasn’t even full, yet they didn’t have enough towels. A one litre bottle cost 50 rupees. Honestly, the worst experience.
