The staff were kind enough to let us use a restroom to freshen up while we waited for our room, since we arrived early in the morning. The hotel looks good from the outside, but the rooms are small, the service could be better, and the mattresses feel very worn.

The owner keeps things well maintained and provides very good service. The caretaker’s behaviour was especially good. It was the best PG experience.

We stayed overnight before a flight the next day. The residential area was nice, though finding the place was tricky because there was no sign outside. Our room was spacious, tidy, and comfortable, especially the blankets. Breakfast was included and made fresh to order rather than served buffet-style. We had poha, bread omelette, aloo paratha, and chai, and it was good. The staff were helpful.

The team at OYO 309 Hks residency is small, but everyone was kind and helpful, including Raj, the two receptionists, and the two cleaners. Tanu was especially helpful, organized, and responsible. She understands how to make guests happy while working within OYO policy, and I think she deserves to move up in this field. It was a pleasant stay. Thanks to all of you for the good work, and best of luck! 👍😊

It’s close to Central avenue south city 1 market, and the price works well for a longer stay. The rooms are clean, and the staff are hospitable and ready to help when needed.
