OYO 27718 Viva Destinations

The room lights didn’t work properly, the bathroom wasn’t clean, and room service was pathetic. The services weren’t up to standard, and they misled me about the room rates. It was a really bad recent experience. I can’t understand how this hotel gets a 3 star rating; it belongs in the restaurant category.

The peaceful, pollution-free setting made a big impression on me. I stayed at Hotel Viva a month ago with my wife, and we both loved the property. The food was really good, and housekeeping deserves special mention for keeping everything exceptionally clean. Hotel Viva Destination team, I truly appreciate the flawless hospitality. It’s one of the finest hotels I’ve visited in India, and I’d love to return with my family.

I was there for a casual meeting and found the staff really nice and supportive. The Civil Lines location also makes it easy to reach NH-8 and the old Gurgaon commercial areas without much hassle. Cleanliness could use a little attention, though that’s something they can improve. Booking is available through Oyo, and at the reasonable price I paid, it was a good experience.

The room had cockroaches, there was no toilet paper or complimentary water, and the staff were rude throughout. I’d paid extra for breakfast through OYO, but was told it wasn’t included, so I had to argue it out with the owner. He also refused to accept the OYO payment I’d already partly made and told me to pay the full amount at the hotel or cancel. A bottle that costs 20 rupees was sold for 30. Breakfast was extremely poor, with only puri aloo or bread and jam.
