It's easy to find, and the rooms are spacious and good. But cleanliness and food quality need work. The staff also seem untrained and nervous when speaking with customers. They should address these issues if they want to bring in more guests.

For around 500 a night, it offers reasonable value. A geyser, cable TV with most channels, and a balcony were good points, though the bedsheets and cleanliness could be better. One night heavy rain flooded the room through the door, and water at the entrance blocked access to the hotel.

The location was noisy, with construction around Jharsa road bringing sound from about 5:00AM until late at night. Outside food isn't allowed, and the in-house kitchen charges too much for junk food. Breakfast was just Poha and a cup of reheated tea with an extreme amount of sugar, around 3-4 spoons. Asking for anything felt like pulling teeth. Dish TV didn't work because of nkon-payment, and there were cigarette butts behind the bathroom sink. Filthy rooms seemed normal here. Room delivery staff didn't seem interested in leaving the room, and the staff overall were unhelpful. This also didn't feel family friendly, with odd people gathered at the front desk, which hardly looked like a hotel reception. At check-in, I found an unclean room with stained sheets, a dusty cupboard, and windows covered in black paper that kept out all sunlight. I brought it to the front desk, but nothing changed despite reminders over several days. On day 3, I asked for more soap and shampoo, and the front desk lied that they were already in the room. The towels were worse than rags I'd use at home. I don't recommend the place and wouldn't stay again even for free. I shared my review with OYO, and the representative seemed to accept most of the problems. This place needs to be shut down. Response to OYO/Owner (15/9/2019): OYO seems to use the same template reply for complaints like this. I had already spoken to OYO CSR a couple of days after checkout. The CSR acknowledged my concerns and seemed to agree that OYO had heard similar complaints from other guests. Being asked to send the concerns AGAIN after this Google review makes me think nothing was logged the first time, and the talk about OYO escalations is hogwash. Way to go OYO.

The roadside food stalls nearby have tasty food at very reasonable prices. I stayed one night and had a good experience, with staff who were helpful and behaved really well. I'd recommend it for solo travellers or families.
