The room was spacious, looked nice, and seemed well kept, but getting checked in was exhausting. The person at reception, probably the owner, was asleep on a bed there. He stayed lying down while I stood waiting for him to confirm the booking and give me the room key. He didn’t get up or offer me a seat. The whole thing felt shady. He could at least have put away the bed and blanket. The bathroom was a hassle too. A broken jet on the flush sprayed water everywhere, and leaking pipes made a mess. The hotel listed free toiletries, breakfast, and other things on Booking.com, but those weren’t provided. All the power sockets had been switched off. I asked about it, and they restored power so the plug worked. They also kept my key at reception instead of leaving it in the room, so I had to ask for it.

The service was awesome. The staff are all sociable and well mannered, and the manager, sanjay kumar, goes out of his way to cooperate with each guest. I think he deserves the credit for making all of this possible.

I had a reservation and had paid online, but they refused to check me in that night and asked for an extra Rs 3000 without giving a bill. When I said I already had a reservation, the owner acted like a rowdy and told me to get out. Don’t trust Oyo service. Rooms show as available online, then once you arrive they simply say there are none.

I paid for my room through the Oyo app before check-in, but when I arrived the owner said there were no vacant rooms and told me to contact customer service to cancel. I explained that I’d booked and paid online, but they didn’t care. I paid 600 on the app and got only 138 when I started the refund process. Both the owner and Oyo were awful. I wouldn’t recommend either this hotel or the app. Don’t come here if you don’t want to waste your time and money.

The owner was terrible, and the way he talks to customers is so horrible that I’d rather deal with a drunk police constable. I’d give this place a negative star if I could. My advice: never, ever go here.
