OYO 9532 Hotel Q-Cent

I was disappointed with my stay. The staff were decent and helpful, which is the only reason I'm giving two stars. As a hotel, it deserves one. The place was dirty and the food was pathetic. Bedsheets in every room were dirty, and even after requesting a cleaning, I saw cockroaches and used cigarette butts. Most rooms don't have geysers, and they don't provide slippers, so you have to manage yourself. The mattresses were stiff and hard. They also don't keep drinking water bottles in stock, so when a guest asks, someone has to go and get one. I was fooled by the ratings other people gave it.

For under 1000, the rooms are spacious and the price is good. The AC wasn't up to much, though, and the staff were quite irresponsible. There was no refrigerator or coffee in the room, and no kettle either. Instead of a proper toiletry kit, they gave a 10₹ Lifebuoy soap. The bedsheets were dirty and the water bottles had been refilled.

The rooms were messy and very dirty, and the hygiene overall was extremely disappointing. The bedsheets and pillowcases looked as though they hadn't been washed in ages. They also had no mineral water bottles to serve, only RO water.

The food was good, but the service felt plain lazy. I had to move rooms three times: once because the AC didn't work, and another time after the lights went out and stayed off for 7 hours.
