Everyone made us feel at home, and the staff were polite and helpful. A big thank you for the hospitality. We'll definitely visit again.

After four hours of travel with my father, we arrived to find the manager refusing to arrange a room, even though OYO had taken the money in advance for our 4 hrs of stay. Then the manager and the OYO call center boy argued and abused each other over the phone. The OYO and hotel management were very rude. Worst experience, and I uninstalled the app. Please don't use the OYO room app or this hotel.

The towels, bedsheet and blankets were torn, and the rooms were in such a pathetic condition they didn't seem to meet any hotel norms. The booking services weren't provided either: no airconditioner, no breakfast, and the TV didn't work. Pathetic hotel.

The staff were friendly, and the stay and location felt pleasant given the surroundings. They also kept things clean. I had a very nice experience living here.
