I booked a room for four nights, but when I arrived the room was dirty, with uncleaned rooms and sheets that had clearly been used before. I complained several times, but the Fab Hotel team didn't help and refused to refund me. I managed to stay one night, and got rashes on my face from the dirty room. The staff kept behaving badly and offering no support. They repeatedly told me to leave and not stay there. I left early the next morning and still didn't get my money back. I strongly wouldn't recommend staying at properties like this. They should be blacklisted, and strong action should be taken against them. Fab Hotel is a scam.

The location and hotel are good, and the staff are friendly and very good ☺️☺️☺️ The AC, TV, and fan were all fine. I also really liked the balcony, it was lovely to sit and enjoy the feeling there.

There was dust on everything, including the TV cabinet and side tables, and the room felt poorly maintained. The bed creaked whenever I moved, while the walls and floor were cracked, dirty, and dusty. The room was tiny, the sheets stained and fraying, and the loud AC barely cooled it. The bathroom had more space, but the broken toilet seat, nonworking flush, and broken geyser switch made it barely functional. The so-called balcony access was shared, with flimsy curtains that did little to block the view, so there was no privacy and it felt like a security risk. The walls were paper-thin, letting in noise from the lobby and elsewhere. Rowdy parties in nearby rooms made for sleepless nights. Even the drinking water came in reused cheap plastic bottles, refilled from a questionable cooler at reception, which made any cleanliness claims hard to take seriously. The staff seemed apathetic and careless, adding to the feeling of neglect and poor management. Even at a low price, this place isn't worth a penny.
