I was very disappointed with the conduct and service here. We paid the owner an advance for an event after he verbally agreed to our requirements. Once we asked him to put those commitments in writing for clarity, he began ignoring our messages and wouldn’t confirm anything officially. Communication was poor, the service felt unprofessional, and the owner was entirely uncooperative. There was no accountability or clarity even though he had taken our advance. Be very cautious about booking this property for an event, and get everything documented before paying.

The room was dirty and smelled bad, with cobwebs around, a grimy bedsheet, and dirty towels. The bathroom had no exhaust fan, and the geyser didn’t work. After sleeping on the bed, I got itchy skin and marks on my body, probably from dust mites. A truly awful experience.

I’d give this zero stars if that were an option. My business trip stay was horrible, and it made me wonder whether some of the other reviews are fake or paid. The person at reception was very unprofessional, couldn’t answer questions properly, and offered no real service. He even told us to leave if we weren’t comfortable with the room. The TV didn’t work, the AC had no remote, the door lock had failed, and the bathroom flush and shower didn’t work. They don’t seem interested in improving the service or hospitality. This isn’t personal, but my experience at the hotel was highly unprofessional and awful.
