There's no option here to give a negative rating, which is how bad the stay felt. Basic things weren't provided, including drinking water bottles. The washrooms weren't clean, and the bed and mattress were so uncomfortable.

The owner wouldn't accept that there were rats on the property, even though the cleaning staff said there were a few. There were rats and insects in the room, and the place was very unhygienic and dirty.

A really good Air BNB. It deserves a higher rating.
