Fabhotel Comfort Residency I

They quoted one price online, then asked for extra cash when I arrived. That's not cool. Check all the charges carefully before you check in.

I ended up cancelling after a frustrating experience and a waste of time. The reception staff were very unprofessional. This FabHotel seems to operate as a PG, OYO Townhouse, and other things too, and the booking rules weren't made clear. They charge for early check-in, but FabHotel's booking agents didn't mention that when I asked. They said it was complimentary after 10 a.m., yet at reception they demanded an extra 300 rupees, no matter what I'd discussed with their own booking agent. They also don't allow Zomato or Swiggy deliveries or outside food in your room, rules that weren't explained during booking or written in their policy. Save yourself the hassle and don't book here.

The staff were completely drunk and unhelpful. I booked a room to suit my preference, but didn't get the room I needed. I wouldn't recommend it.

The food and rooms were nice, but the service wasn't very user friendly. They don't provide dental or shaving kits. The hotel's location is confusing too: OYO Townhouse and Fab Comfort Residency are the same hotel, but Google and other platforms mark them as two different places.
