SPOT ON 75146 Main View Guest House

The staff were humble and ready to help whenever needed. My room was spacious, had a nice atmosphere and was delivered to a good standard. The bed was clean and free of dust and hair, and the bathroom was clean too. Customer service was very good.

The staff were rude and used abusive language while misbehaving with customers. They forcefully take your phone and give the ratings themselves. I've seen other reviews saying the same thing. I don't understand why OYO hasn't acted despite these reviews being there for so long. Please don't book this hotel.

The room was dirty, the glasses were filthy and the blanket smelled. Getting checked in was a problem too: OYO hadn't released the full payment to the hotel, so I had to call customer care before the owner let me in. At checkout, my brother came to pick me up and the owner started shouting and abusing us. He told his boys to get a stick and beat us, grabbed my brother by the collar, and pushed him on the stairs. He also mistreated my sister. I have a video clip but there's no way to share it here. I've never experienced anything like this. If you want a peaceful place to stay, don't choose this hotel. Is there a way to rate it below zero? It really felt like hell on earth.

The rooms and hotel were unclean, and the staff were rude. They took advantage of the OYO name. They threatened to throw me out unless I gave them five stars. This was a really awful experience, zero out of five.
