I was undergoing medical treatment and honestly felt more comfortable at the hospital than at this hotel. On check-in day, there was no key for the guest room; when I asked, I was told, “the guest took it.” That hardly made me feel safe. The next day the TV stopped working, and later there was no water in the washroom. Each time I complained, I was told someone was being sent, but nothing was actually resolved. The staff were illiterate and ill-mannered. If you care about safety and basic amenities, stay away.

The room was so bad it's hard to describe. There was a sink in the middle of it, the bathroom was a mess, and the bed looked like it came from the 90s. The staff were rude and badly mannered, and the service was awful. They even questioned why we'd paid online. This is the worst hotel I've seen, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, not even my enemy.

The photos online don't match the actual place, which was so dirty I couldn't stay even an hour. I canceled my booking as soon as I saw the conditions. The boy at reception spoke like a cheat. Please don't book here. It seems like only cheap people could stay in a place like this.

I planned to stay for a week, but checked out the next morning. There wasn't even a glass for water, and they told me to go outside and buy one. No soap or towels had been put in the room either. The service is why I'm giving one star.
