They charge too much for everything, including ₹160 for half a slice of bread with jam. The hotel is wildly overrated and extremely stingy. Even after we paid for menu items, they didn't provide what was listed, and they often forgot our requests. We also went for long periods with no water supply in the room. The most horrible OYO hotel I've been to.

The room was a good size, but it needed basics like hangers in the wardrobe. Service was poor: when I asked for tea or coffee around 9 AM, they said it depended on whether a worker was available and couldn't say when one would arrive. Finding the hotel was also a hassle. Google Maps points to the wrong place, there's no sign outside, and nearby people didn't know it was there. It took me almost half an hour to locate it after following the map. They should put up a sign for guests.

We booked online at a lower price, but when we arrived they charged us more. When we pointed out what we'd paid online, they said it wasn't their problem and told us to contact OYO customer care. They aren't reliable. A very bad experience, please never visit.

We booked through the OYO app and had paid around ₹600 there. When we arrived at about 1 AM, the staff and owner asked for ₹1,500 more. They said they had no room to offer unless we paid ₹2,100. After many calls, the OYO team managed to arrange another hotel for us. Don't go here, the staff and owner are a complete fraud.

I go to this residency with my friend every morning and evening. It's a really nice place to stay on a budget, no doubt. The staff are friendly and cooperative, and the food is good too. I'm sure people can have a happy stay at Ryan Residency. 😊
