The room felt damp and stuffy, with poor ventilation and cleanliness that left a lot to be desired. The bedsheets didn’t seem hygienic, and the moisture made it uncomfortable. I asked to move to a cleaner, better room, but that request wasn’t accommodated. The staff’s behavior also made me uneasy. I later fell sick, possibly because of those unhygienic conditions. A very disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Manager Suraj and Mukesh really made the stay smooth, with quick room service, useful local suggestions, and a friendly attitude. SaltStayz Express Sector 28 was clean and well cared for, and I found the room spotless, cozy, and equipped for a comfortable stay. The place had a welcoming feel from check-in onward. I had a great time there and would gladly return to SaltStayz Express near cyber city.

I booked by the hour so I could freshen up and get ready for work, but the room and washroom were filthy, with stains and marks on the walls. It took almost 30 minutes to get an iron. There were no towels, drinking water, toilet paper, dental kit, shower gel, or handwash. The shower sprayed onto the roof, so I tried using a bucket, but there wasn’t a mug. In under an hour, the missing basics and slow response made the whole stay frustrating.

The manager sahil / suraj had a very unprofessional attitude. We were told to leave and have breakfast elsewhere because we asked for one extra piece of bread, even though we were willing to pay for it. We won’t be coming back to salt stays, and neither will my people.

The place might cost a bit less, but it didn’t feel worth it. The general atmosphere was unpleasant, and the rooms put me off, especially the bedsheets. I was shown two rooms: one had holes in its sheet, while the other had a lot of spots. It didn’t seem like cleanliness gets much attention.
