I’ve shared enough photos, and I don’t think words can do it justice. In short, for cleanliness, this is a boys hostel.

The room had cockroaches, dirty bedsheets and pillows, and filthy towels. The geyser wasn’t working. Worst hotel.

The towels were so dirty we couldn’t even use them to clean the floor. The rooms, sheets, pillows and blankets were smelly and the dirtiest I’ve ever seen. They refused to clean them, saying all their blankets and Lenin had stains on them.

I’ve stayed at this hotel, so I know it’s amazing. But when I tried to book it through Oyo, they moved my dates to another low-grade hotel without telling me they’d cancelled my booking because of overbooking. I’ve had a very bad experience with Oyo many times. Their app and services have gone downhill, customer service doesn’t understand its own process or guide people properly, and supervisors blame customers instead of checking their apps. The Oyo rupee wallet doesn’t work, so they expect me to pay rather than use the refund they provide through Oyo rupee. I have to keep using Oyo just to spend the money in the wallet, since they won’t offer another way to refund it. It feels like one big spam, looting people. For a two-day booking, I spent more than two weeks running around and calling customer care.
